Every time your clip is broadcast in Belgium (on television and YouTube) and in countries that recognise copyright for authors and directors of clips, you will receive royalties.

Unfortunately, most countries do not grant royalties to authors and directors of clips. Sabam is one of the few copyright associations that does. 

Is your clip broadcast in a country where the local copyright associations do not pay royalties for this? Then make sure (in your production contract) that the producer of the clip pays you part of the royalties for public broadcasts.
