You have to meet the following two conditions*:

• You are the author of at least one original work in one of the following disciplines: music, audiovisual work, theatre & dance, visual arts and literature. Or you are the author of a translation/adaptation/arrangement of a work in one of these disciplines. In the latter case, there must be a genuine creative contribution and it must have been approved by the original rightholders.
• You prove that your works have been used in public (communication to the public, reproduction) during the last two years before your membership application.
