All original works of art are eligible for resale right.

An ‘original work of art’ is a work of graphic or visual art, such as images, collages, paintings, drawings, engravings, prints, lithographs, sculptures, tapestries, ceramics, glassware and photographs, to the extent that this work is a creation of the artist himself, or is a copy that is considered to be an original work of art.

Copies of works of art made by the artist himself or on his behalf in a limited edition are regarded as original works of art. These copies are normally numbered, signed or otherwise authenticated by the artist.
