Theatre texts, adaptations, translations, stage music and choreographies, etc. are all declared using the same form.
If the work is produced by several authors, don't forget to indicate the agreed distribution of the royalties on the form.
Once all the copyright holders have signed the form, send it to us together with a copy of the text (preferably by e-mail).
If you are declaring a translation or adaptation, then you have to send us the approval of the original author together with the declaration.
ATTENTION: Don't forget to declare your work before the first performance. Only then can we guarantee the efficient collection and distribution of your rights.
