What are mechanical reproduction royalties?

Mechanical reproduction royalties are the royalties that a producer pays to use musical works on a sound carrier. These royalties are then paid out to the rightholders of those musical works, according to the distribution key they have agreed.

Want to know more about these royalties? Be sure to take a look at our brochure for music on a sound carrier (FR - NL).
