First of all, you must obtain permission for your translation or arrangement. Consult Sabam's repertoire and find out who you need to contact for this. Have you received permission? Only then can you submit your registration to Sabam.

You do not receive a share for your arrangement and the original work has not been published? Then please submit your registration via MyWorx. Select the original work from the database. The rightholders no longer need to confirm your registration, as you have already received their permission.

You do not receive a share for your arrangement, but the original work has been published? Then it is up to the publisher to notify us of your version. A registration via MyWorx is not possible. However, you may of course inform us. Please send an e-mail to documentation@sabam.be with a copy of the permission attached.

If you do receive a share for your arrangement, you still cannot submit the registration via MyWorx. Please forward the copy of your agreement with the original rightsholders - or their publisher(s) - to documentation@sabam.be.
